Enabling works is a generic description for site preparation works that might take place prior to work under the main construction contract.
DEMOLITION
Demolition of a building or structure requires careful consideration and the support of a dedicated demolition contractor like Hammerjack.
ASBESTOS REMOVAL
As many industrial buildings and commercial buildings are coming to their end of life, the asbestos that was used prevalently through the middle to latter half of the 20th century will now need to be removed prior to demolition or major renovation.
SOFT STRIP
Hammerjack offers an internal strip out/soft strip service for all buildings structures due for refurbishment in all types of commercial buildings.
REMEDIATION
Depending on the project’s needs & client requirements we can offer a ‘Dig & Dump’ service or alternative methods of remediation based on the findings of site investigations.
SITE CLEARANCE
The success of any new development will often be subject to the preparation that is done in advance which will, in almost every case, require a ‘clean slate’ to begin with.
